Alojzy
Alojzy is an audiovisual composition that I developed as my bachelor project in Music Design at the State University of Music Trossingen in 2026. The work is dedicated to my great-uncle, Alojzy Fros (1916–2018), who was imprisoned in Auschwitz between 1943 and 1944.
The work is based on my great-uncle’s written memories, archival documents, and material collected during visits to Auschwitz and Oświęcim. It combines live ensemble performance, spatial audio, and projected visual material.
The piece was developed in close collaboration with visual artist Merlin Rainer, who provided Animations for the different chapters of the composition.
